KayWeb celebrates milestone 2008

An amazing year is wrapping up for Sydney- and Melbourne-based web and software design firm KayWeb Holdings.

2008 saw KayWeb launch over 50 websites and web systems for clients in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. The year also witnessed the advancement of KayWeb's search engine optimisation services to include blogging, press release writing/submitting and social networking on behalf of clients.

"It's been a very satisfying year," said KayWeb Managing Director Haig Kayserian. "My staff has worked tirelessly to ensure our high levels of customer service are maintained, and this is despite the fact that we have experienced a growth spurt some may consider unnatural."

He added: "2008 saw us create alliances with some fantastic clients - entrepreneurs and established businesses alike.

"We expanded our staff and our offerings. We created worldwide partnerships that will deliver their fruits in time."

Among the websites launched in 2008 were YouVu Property Advertising, Meet A Mining Man, Power System Design and AA Abrasives. Dating website Meet A Mining Man received national press coverage after its appearances on Channels 9, 10 and 7, with the latter mentioning KayWeb as the "web marketing experts" which helped promote the website.

"The scope of projects taken on by us this year has been greater than any other year," commented KayWeb Senior Programmer Ian dela Cruz. "Our staff is constantly challenged... something we enjoy greatly."

According to Kayserian, 2009 promises to be an even bigger year.

"Like any business, we definitely expect improvement," he said. "The financial climate is such that people are looking for more innovative ways to attract business and investment, and what is more innovative than the internet?

"And on the systems front, we expect many businesses to look for more automated ways to get work done, and 2009 will be a year we really hammer into those opportunities."

KayWeb will launch enterprise customer relationship management (CRM), inventory control, and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems for Australia's largest compound pharmaceutical company, Australian Custom Pharmaceuticals in early 2009. These will be followed by other website and system releases for companies already attracted to the KayWeb way of business.

Kayserian said KayWeb will also launch websites advertising its proprietary Content Management System (CMS) and Political Advocacy software.
